We deliver across Pakistan, subject to courier coverage.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Yes. Sealed and unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Keep the product and packaging until we resolve the issue.

Once approved, we aim to start your refund within 7 to 10 business days.

Yes. Our products are enlisted with the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP). Buy from our official website or authorised sellers to be sure you get genuine products.
