3. Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Products

Fidelity Pharma sells and provides information about non-prescription healthcare products, such as over-the-counter medicines, nutraceuticals and supplements. The online store does not sell prescription-only medicines. Certain products may be subject to age restrictions, quantity limits, storage requirements or other legal and regulatory controls. 6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted or dispatched. Fidelity Pharma may verify stock, payment, delivery information, regulatory requirements, fraud indicators and other relevant details before fulfilment.

7. Right to Refuse or Cancel an Order

Fidelity Pharma may refuse, limit or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including product unavailability, pricing or website error, payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, delivery limitations, regulatory restrictions or unusually high quantities. If a paid order is cancelled by Fidelity Pharma, the applicable amount will be handled under the Return and Refund Policy.

8. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices may change for future orders. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information and for ensuring they are authorised to use the selected payment method.

9. Cash on Delivery

Where available, Cash on Delivery (COD) may be subject to location, order value, customer verification, courier availability and prior order history. Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in future COD restrictions or advance-payment requirements where reasonably appropriate.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by Fidelity Pharma's Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, remote locations, public holidays, weather, security conditions, incorrect customer information or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

11. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by Fidelity Pharma's Return and Refund Policy. Product-safety considerations may restrict returns of opened or used medicines, supplements, nutraceuticals and other ingestible healthcare products.

12. Order Cancellation

Customers should contact Fidelity Pharma as soon as possible to request cancellation. If an order has not yet been dispatched, we will normally attempt to cancel it. Once an order has been dispatched, the Return and Refund Policy may apply.

13. Promotions, Discounts and Coupons

Promotions, discounts, coupons, bundles and free gifts may be subject to validity periods, product exclusions, minimum order values, stock availability, usage limits and other campaign-specific conditions. Unless expressly stated, promotional benefits have no cash value and may not be combined.

14. Product Reviews and User Content

Users must not submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or presented as medical advice without appropriate qualification.
