We offer simple and secure ways to pay for your Fidelity Pharma order. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Pay in cash when your order arrives at your door. COD is available on eligible orders across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier. COD limits may apply for some order values or areas.
Debit and Credit Cards
We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. Card payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We do not store your full card details.
Mobile Wallets
Pay easily with Easypaisa or JazzCash at checkout.
Bank Transfer
You can also pay by direct bank transfer. Your order will be dispatched once the payment is confirmed.
Is My Payment Safe?
Yes. Online payments are handled by trusted third-party payment providers using secure encryption.
Important: Fidelity Pharma will never ask you for your card PIN, password or OTP (one-time password) by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email. If someone asks for these details claiming to be from Fidelity Pharma, please do not share them and report it to us.
Payment Problems?
If your payment failed but money was deducted from your account, please contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the transaction. Any verified duplicate or failed payment will be refunded as explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
